In 2018, I made this daily series of small pen and ink drawings, inspired by the 100 Day Project popularized by Elle Luna and Michael Beirut. This project began as a way to carve out a small amount of studio time each day for art making and sharing the work I make. I liked the idea of daily creative practice and iterating within set constraints. I also spend the majority of my work life designing on a computer, so I wanted to build space in my day for creativity away from a screen.
I really loved working on this project - it led me to some fun and inspiring places in my art practice. You can purchase the tiny paintings below.
